| Along with our Personal Care and Companionship Services, Golden Home Services offers Skilled Nursing Services. We do not duplicate the goals of Home Health Care, but rather provide supplemental skilled care that is not handled or paid for by Medicare. These services will be billed on a private pay basis. 24 Hour Skilled Nursing Care: Golden Home Services also offers 24 hour skilled nursing care provided by a Registered Nurse or a Licensed Practical Nurse. This allows us to offer the above services ongoing around the clock if that situation is necessary and if a client would require more than personal care. We provide ala carte (flat fee) skilled nursing services such as: • Medication Management • Wound Care/Dressing Changes • Tube Feeding and Tube Management • IV/IV Infusions • Diabetes Management/Insulin Injections • Catheter Insertion and Care • Colostomy/Ileostomy Care • Urostomy Care • Removal of stitches • Suctioning • And Much More The above services are provided by a Golden Home Services Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse. Because these services are generally more comprehensive than Personal Care Services, a Physician’s Order will be required. |
