This includes but is not limited to bathing, dressing, walking assistance, meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands and transportation, medication reminders, laundry, grocery shopping, care for pets and plants, 24hr sitter services, and Live-ins. Some homecare companies offer skilled care as well. • Transportation Services Companies offering transport service to hospitals, nursing homes, rehabilitation facilities and much more. Transportation can be provided as a chauffer service, vans to support a wheelchair transport or non-emergency ambulance service including a stretcher. • Respite Care Short-term or temporary care of a few hours or days for a sick or disabled person to provide relief, or respite, to the regular caregiver, usually a family member.
